Awaiting documents for my daughter's army career since Sep 18, today's date 28 March 19, still waiting! Receptionists have been less than helpful and on occasions rude! Mixed up my husband's details after a stroke - Resulting in him being deregistered and unable to obtain vital medication. Have to wait up to 10 days to get appointment with GP. Unacceptable.

Jo the receptionist was kind and considerate. She listened to what I was saying and realised a phone appointment would be no use, she eventually sorted out appointment for today. The doctor was informative and helpful. When I need to return to have my prescription changed they were all as helpful once again.
